IT COMMEMORATES ITS DAY….

Em novembro (dia 27) comemoramos o Dia do Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho. A data é comemorada por conta da regularização do ofício pela Lei nº 7.410, em novembro de 1985. É um setor que sofreu uma grande repaginada nos últimos anos, decorrente da evolução de normas trabalhistas e valorização por parte das empresas.

O colaborador que se sente protegido pela empresa se dedica e produz mais”, salienta Renê Cavalcante, diretor de desenvolvimento profissional do Sindicato do Técnicos de Segurança do Trabalho no Estado de São Paulo – Sintesp.

A norma regulamentador, a NR-4 SESMT (Serviços Especializados em Engenharia de Segurança e Medicina do Trabalho), possui uma regra que mede a proporção de profissionais na área de acordo com o número de colaboradores da empresa. Existem também os chamados grupos de risco que vão do nível 1 ao 4.

O último é classificado em atuações como, construção civil e metalúrgicas, enquanto o primeiro é aplicado em escritórios administrativos, por exemplo. Portanto, quanto maior o nível de periculosidade, mais técnicos da área deverá ter a companhia.

“Apesar desta obrigatoriedade, muitas empresas já contratam os profissionais do segmento sem necessitar. Grande parte das organizações está consciente de que precisa trabalhar o lado dos acidentes e riscos do trabalho por uma questão de qualidade de vida do funcionário e aumento de produtividade”, conta Robson Santos de Jesus, técnico de segurança do trabalho da Catho Online. Segundo Robson, o absenteísmo, a rotatividade e afastamentos diminuem progressivamente com a atuação do técnico.

Para se tornar um profissional é necessário o curso técnico de nível médio de Segurança do Trabalho.

A carga horária é de 1.200 horas e depende da instituição de ensino distribuir esse período.

Além disso, deve completar 400 horas de estágio.Para se destacar, deve ser bem consciente de seu papel.

Ser bem informado, conhecer os temas básicos da área, se manter atualizado sempre e ter alguns diferenciais como higiene ocupacional e o idioma inglês.

Como existem muitas multinacionais necessitando dos técnicos, a língua estrangeira acaba se tornando um diferencial para comunicação com a matriz, por exemplo.

INGREDIENTS

2 chilis red 2 sleeves cut in cubes - 1 acelga small  - 1 glass of palmito - 10 green olives  - 150 g of sliced cured chicken

INGREDIENTES
2 pimentões vermelho

2 mangas cortadas em cubos

- 1 acelga pequena

- 1 vidro de palmito

- 10 azeitonas verdes

- 150 g de frango defumado fatiado

Molho:

- 1/2 xícara (chá) de azeite

- suco de 1/2 limão

- 2 colheres (sopa) de mostarda

- sal e pimenta a gosto

Gravy: - 1/2 xícara (tea) of oil - juice of 1/2 lemon - 2 spoons (soup) of mustard - salt and pepper the taste

Modo de Preparo

Aqueça o forno a 220ºC. Ponha os pimentões inteiros em uma assadeira, leve ao forno quente e deixe assar até começar a queimar a pele. Retire os pimentões do forno, deixe esfriar um pouco e retire a pele. Abra ao meio, retire as sementes e corte em tiras. Corte a manga em cubos. Lave bem as folhas de acelga, enxugue e corte em tiras finas. Corte o palmito em rodelas. Em uma saladeira misture o pimentão, a manga, a acelga, o palmito, as azeitonas e disponha as fatias de frango defumado.

Molho:

misture bem o azeite, o suco de limão, a mostarda, sal e pimenta. Regue a salada e sirva em seguida.

Gravy: it mixes the oil, the lemon juice, the mustard, salt and pepper well. It waters the salada one and it serves after that.

TORTA DE LIMÃO RÁPIDA...

INGREDIENTES:

1 1/2 pacote(s) de biscoito maisena
quanto baste de margarina Qualy

Recheio

1 lata(s) de leite condensado  
1 lata(s) de creme de leite  
2 unidade(s) de limão espremido(s)

MODO DE PREPARO

Triture as bolachas no liqüidificador .

 Numa fôrma redonda de vidro, jogue a bolacha juntamente com a margarina (por volta de 6 a 8 colheres de sopa) até o ponto de poder modelar a massa no fundo e nas bordas da fôrma. Com um garfo, faça furinhos na massa e coloque no forno por cerca de 10 minutos. Reserve

	Bata todos os ingredientes no liqüidificador e, após a massa esfriar, jogue-o todo por cima e o enfeite com raspas de limão. Deixe na geladeira por, no mínimo, 2 horas.
